The type of the project is HDB with 3 units with 2 different
floors which are located at 1 Rochor Rd, Rochor Centre, Singapore
180001. The first 2 units are on the 11th floor and the second units
are on the 12th floor. As the family-like entertainment, individually,
like Yoga, Mah Jong and the party room for several users. For the
users who like playing Mah Jong, the room has to be separated
not to affect other users by Mah Jong clash noise. For the user of
Yoga and party, the room can be the same. All the partitions have
to be removed. The first level must be barrier-free for the wheel
chairperson, Mr. Lau. The second level has to be an open space
layout. There is a staircase which is connecting with the first level
and the second level. The total area of the first floor is 302sq.mts
and the second floor is 164.54sq.mts. The circulation needs to
have at least 10% of the total area.

A liquid is a nearly incompressible fluid that conforms to the shape of its container but retains a constant volumeindependent of pressure. When we are floating in the water we will feel the body is very light and relaxing. The main idea is to achieve relaxing, peaceful and welcoming the atmosphere with the combination of modern contemporary style. The concept of this space is the floating illusion and to achieve that effect, there will be a lot of cove lighting below the furniture to make a floating illusionand glass as a translucent material.
